Chorus pro Musica’s annual holiday celebration highlights the wonderful intersection of the transcendent with the mundane--with music that ranges from chant to Gabrieli to Mendelssohn to Poulenc to Spirituals—and some modern classics. Selections will include Berlioz’s “The Shepherd's Farewell,” Alfred Burt’s “Star Carol,” and “The Shepherds’ Chorus” from Amahl and the Night Visitors. Join us for the traditional candlelight processional, holiday brass, and carol sing-along!
